AI Courses

Five focused courses, priced by how deep you want to go.

Generative AI for Coaches and Consultants

$99

Self-paced · 10 lessons

Ten lessons built around the work you actually do with clients, not generic AI examples. You'll learn to write prompts that produce reliable, professional output, personalize an AI assistant to your voice and methodology, and use it to prepare for engagements and sharpen your deliverables, without handing over the judgment that took you years to build.

Who it's for: Coaches and consultants at any level of AI experience. No technical background required.

AI for Leadership and Organizational Transformation

$299

Self-paced · 16 lessons

Sixteen lessons on what AI actually asks of the people at the top: how it reshapes decision-making, culture, and workforce planning, how to build governance that holds up, and how to bring your people through the change without losing them.

Who it's for: Senior leaders and executives guiding an organization through AI adoption. Assumes familiarity with AI basics.

AI Implementation for Business Value

$299

Self-paced · 16 lessons

Sixteen lessons and four hands-on activities that walk you through a fourteen-day implementation plan — your first measurable win, a real pilot, and a repeatable system your team can run without you standing over it.

Who it's for: Leaders, operations managers, and team leads responsible for making AI work inside a real organization.

AI-Empowered Coaching & Consulting

$199

Self-paced · 18 lessons

Eighteen lessons on using AI to work faster and serve more clients without burning out — prompting techniques built for consulting work, a full use-case catalog, and what it takes to build systems and team structures that actually scale.

Who it's for: Independent coaches, consultants, and small to mid-size consulting firms.

Building the Organizational Digital Twin

$599

Self-paced · 8 lessons + coaching session

Eight lessons that teach you to build a complete five-dimension intelligence model of a client's organization — competitive position, operational architecture, financial intelligence, leadership capability, and strategic scenarios — before you ever walk into the first session, plus a personal coaching session with Grant to apply it to your own practice.

Who it's for: Senior consultants and strategic advisors.

Before You Enroll

Questions Before You Start

  • If you're new to using AI in your practice, start with Generative AI for Coaches and Consultants — it assumes no technical background and everything else builds on it. If you're already comfortable with the basics and leading an organization through AI adoption, AI for Leadership and Organizational Transformation or AI Implementation for Business Value is the better entry point. Not sure? Ask Grant directly before you buy.

  • No. The courses give you frameworks and a system you can apply on your own. Individual coaching and the Group Cohort go further: your specific situation, direct feedback, and Grant working through it with you. Most people start with a course and bring what comes up to a conversation, not the other way around.

  • It's not scheduled yet. We're building the waitlist first and will run the cohort once enough people have reserved a spot, capped at a small group. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when a date is set.

  • No, not for the entry-level courses. A few of the more advanced ones assume basic familiarity with generative AI first — each course description says plainly what it expects going in.

  • Checkout happens on Gumroad. You get immediate access to the material there, and it's yours to keep and revisit.
